Overview:

The tightly knit community of Lincolnwood, a close suburb of Chicago, really knows how to put on the perfect summer festival. For four days in mid-summer, Proesel Park becomes the destination for big summer fun.

The lincolnwood Festival has three elements that set it apart from other summer festivals:

It’s huge elaborate carnival with some of the area’s most popular, cutting edge rides, kiddie rides, games and carnival food.

It’s Classic Car Show on Sunday, featuring dozens of antique vehicles in many categories. Car aficionados and the ‘car curious’ spend hours examining well preserved automotive relics from years gone by.

It’s music entertainment lineup featuring some of the region’s most popular bands each evening.

Add all of this onto a Sunday afternoon Business Expo where local businesses meet and greet their neighbors, a wide selection of food, a Beer & Wine Garden, dozens of arts and crafts merchant booths, and games for all ages- and you have a perfect recipe for summer fun.
