Hyde Park's celebration of America's most popular adult beverage is back for its third year and is now unofficially Chicago's fastest growing summer festival.
The Hyde Park Brew Fest is a two-day, multi-cultural, music, food, and beverage festival that features a huge craft beer & wine tasting each day.
It seems that Hyde Park, home to President Obama, can't get enough of high quality food, music, wine and craft beer. Hyde Park Brew Fest is growing so fast that it has nearly tripled the size of its event site, and has added a second day.
Hosted by one of Chicago's oldest, largest and most popular adult beverage retailer, Hyde Park Brew Festival features 80 craft beer varietals from 40 breweries and brew masters. A five hour craft beer and wine tasting happens daily.
The continuous musical entertainment includes a stellar lineup of some of the best Fusion DJ's in the region, mixing jazz, Hip Hop, rock. Each day, the event's entertainment culminates with a top name regional fusion band.
A Food Pavilion offers a wide, interesting variety of carefully selected high quality festival food; food selected to enhance the featured libations.
The event is hosted by the event division of one of Chicago's oldest, largest and most popular liquor retailers, Kimbark Beverages.
